MID-SPEED DOUBLE LAYER PRESS 

 

This model designed to press the various kinds of granular materials into tablets--with the most outstanding advantage of being able to produce irregular tablets with widely different geometrical shapes, such as double layer tablets, ring like tablets and double side engraved tablets. It is one of the most affordable rotary tablet presses in the industry with the most diverse pressing capabilities in its class. A total of 23 units of punches and dies can be installed in the turret, with the punches and dies consisting of two detachable sections. In one cycle of the rotation, 23 tablets will be produced.
   This model is in compliance with the current GMP standard on the production itself and management of the pharmaceuticals as a whole. The compression compartment is entirely separated from the driving mechanisms. All parts in contact with the pharmaceutical products are made of stainless steel or with the surface being treated specially for non-toxicity and corrosion proof. The compression compartment is enclosed with transparent organic glass, to prevent contamination. The compression area can be accessed from the four sides, with all surfaces being smooth and easy to clean. The Model VDP-23 has a centralized lubrication system for the driving system, tracks and main frictional parts to be adequately lubricated--to reduce the noise, wear and maintenance cost.
   The electric control component adopts the PLC Touch Screen Control Technology, with the functions of setting up of the main compression and main compression override stop. This machine is provided with the function of automatic diagnosis, which can display and provided troubleshooting during operations. Through the display, the defective position can be traced and located rapidly, to increase the operation efficiency and maintenance.
