Operation System
Four controlling hand wheels with sub-allocation devices are used to adjust
filling depth, pre-pressure, tablet thickness and tablet pressing posting
through universal joint.
ProgrammableLogic Control (PLC)system with operation surface is touch
operation color display (POD). All settings,
operations, adjustments and trouble shootings can easily be done on the touch
screen control console.
Force
Powder Feeder
This is highly accurate, easily removable force
powder feeder, whose two agitators
force powder to fill into each mould hole for improving granule's flowability and filling function, to guarantee powder feeding accuracy. Without
any other tools, the feeder can easily be removed.
Precision Tablet
Pressing System
Double forming, narrow intervene, big pressing wheel and frame construction
design which make the machine
performs stable and continuous operations. Each punch is sensored while
running at high speed to guarantee the accuracy of tablets and ejecting any
faulty ones. All functions of the machine is monitored and controlled by
the PLC system.
Central
Lubrication System
There are intermittent micro automatic pressure lubrication
system; and also provide high precision micro distributing valve and central
lubrication pumps.
It
guarantees the punch and conveyor's full lubrication;
furthermore, it eliminates the problem of oil linkage that pollutes
the tablet. Progressive
semi-automatically central lubrication system guarantees lubrication system's
clearness, easy and reliability.
