Our VSZ-3 Desiccant Inserter is suitable for all type of bottles, bottle height, size and cap diameter can be--- adjusted-- no change parts are needed! Desiccant rolls are to be mounted on the comb web.  Desiccants are detected by BANNER Fiber Optical-Electronic Sensors as they are measured, cut and inserted into the container automatically. It equipped with HMI (Human Machine Interface) and Color Screen Panel for ease of operation. It has a compact design with built-in Plexiglas and safety interlocks.
