VDY series Washing Station consists of a pump system, spray nozzle for inner surface cleaning, spray gun for external surface cleaning, and control system. To start to work, push the used pharma bins, intermediate bulk containers to the cleaning area. Open the cover, fix it with the lid of the VDY series washing station which is equipped with the spraying nozzle and clamped it with hoop. Open the butterfly valve on the container and prepare for cleaning. Assign the working procedure and parameters according to craft requirements. After confirmed, switch on the whole system to start to work according to procedure and parameters assigned in advanced. The surfaces outside of the container are cleaned by the spray gun manually. After cleaning, air-dry the container, then shift it to the intermediate storage for use of the next work cycle. The same type of container applies the same cleaning procedure can attain the same cleaning standard and to attain a safe production.
