It's is the ideal filling equipment for medicament, light industry, food, pesticide and other special   industry.
 Functions:
  • Adopting advanced pneumatic parts from Germany FESTO and Japan SMC, reasonable design, cabinet body, easily operation;
  • The piston and hopper of cylinder are made of 316L stainless steel and polyethylene with four Freon, it accord with cGMP requirement completely;
  • Self Priming;
  • The filling range and speed can be simply adjusted;
  • Manual or Repeat cycling mode, which can be switched as desired;
  • Filling set adopts preventing leaking filling and preventing silk nozzle;
  • Changeable bottom nozzle tips;
  • Machine operates without electricity--only by compressed air;
  • Machine can be custom built to multi-head and flooding type according to requirement.
